Pacific Technical Assistance Mechanism Phase 2 (PACTAM2)
PACTAM2 is an Australian Government initiative funded through its official aid agency, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and managed by Scope Global. PACTAM2 builds on the achievements of PacTAM, delivered from 2006 – 2014.

The PACTAM2 program is a key component of the Australian aid program managed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The Adviser roles are aligned with the priorities and the development objectives of regional and country strategy documents and the Aid Investment Plans.
Scope Global leads recruitment, mobilisation and in country support and provides assistance to DFAT and partner government and organisations in the selection and management of advisers. The assignments are identified and requested by partner governments, in collaboration with the DFAT Post in each participating country.
