    The Case Manager is responsible for providing effective support services for the New Colombo Plan Scholarships Program to enable selected Scholars to successfully prepare for, undertake and complete their Scholarship including study, language training, internship/mentorship and community engagement components. Support services are to be provided in accordance with client contractual requirements and organisational objectives.   • Tonga Skills National Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Communciations Manager – Tongatapu, Tonga February 14, 2017
    In consultation with the Program Director and the Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Communications (MELC) Advisor, the MELC Manager will have day-to-day management responsibility for the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system across the entire program. The MELC Manager will play a central role in supporting the management team to make full use of the evidence provided by program M&E to make well-informed strategic and operational decisions. The MELC Manager will also work to ensure that the M&E system enables genuine learning and reflection within the program team, and with stakeholders in government, DFAT and other development partners. Importantly, the MELC Manager will identify strategic opportunities to use M&E results as a tool to advocate for reform within the broader national TVET system. Proactive efforts to refine and continually improve the M&E system will be another important element of the MELC Manager’s work. The Manager will also produce and oversee the production of a range of communication products to support the program’s objectives.
